General website inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we use your contact details, request details and any files you attach to respond, assess service needs or review your employment or vendor inquiry. Netlify keeps this information in private storage. Mailjet sends a notification to ops@livetakeoff.com containing the details and temporary file links. We do not collect passwords or card details.
DHL facility feedback
The DHL feedback form is active and uses Tally. When you submit it, Tally stores your answers and any photos you attach, and sends a notification to the Clean Takeoff team at ops@livetakeoff.com. Test submissions also create real records. Please do not include payment information or unnecessary personal information in your comments or photos.
Tally privacy notice ↗Hosting, video and external services
Netlify hosts this site and protects review access. Bunny delivers our videos. These providers receive technical information needed to serve content, such as your IP address and request information. Customer access, payments, WhatsApp and other external links open independent services with their own privacy notices. We do not ask for account passwords or card details on this website.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics loads on the public website only after you accept analytics and ad measurement. The property is connected to Google Ads to understand which campaigns lead to customer inquiries. If you accept, Google receives technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser, pages visited, advertising click identifiers and our campaign labels, and may use analytics and advertising measurement cookies. We share only limited form and service categories; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, files or private download links. We do not use personalized advertising, remarketing or enhanced conversions using contact details. You can decline measurement and use the whole site, or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice for 180 days and honor Global Privacy Control. Visitors who previously accepted analytics alone are asked to make a new choice. DHL and private downloads are excluded. Netlify and Tally may use technologies needed for operation and security.
Record access and retention
General website inquiry records are retained for 90 days and uploaded files for 30 days, with automated deletion. Emailed download links expire after 7 days. Notification emails in our mailbox are managed separately; deleting a website record does not delete its email. DHL records and photos remain in Tally under a separate retention process. To access, correct or request deletion of your information, email ops@livetakeoff.com.
