FLIGHT-BASED SCHEDULED CLEANINGS

Let flight activity
guide the care.

For flight departments, charter operators, and growing fleets, Clean Takeoff can plan cleaning levels around completed flights instead of relying on ad hoc requests.

THE PROGRAM

Set the intervals.
We coordinate the work.

Clean Takeoff’s Flight-Based Scheduled Cleanings (FBSC) program connects with FlightAware to track aircraft flight activity. You define how many completed flights should trigger each level of interior or exterior care. The team then coordinates the service, location, and timing.

Possible levels include interior refresh, deeper cabin cleaning, basic exterior care, and more detailed exterior work. The exact trigger, scope, budget, airport access, and aircraft instructions are set with your team.

HOW IT WORKS

From flight data
to a clear plan.

01 / DEFINE

Choose the service levels.

Agree on the cleaning intervals, aircraft, budget, and which events should prompt a review.

02 / TRACK

Follow completed flights.

FlightAware activity helps identify when an aircraft reaches a planned cleaning interval.

03 / COORDINATE

Confirm each visit.

Our team checks location, access, schedule, and scope before work is assigned and completed.

Built for changing operations.

FBSC can help flight departments with several aircraft, charter operators, and teams whose aircraft move between bases. Tell us how you currently schedule care and where your aircraft operate. We’ll discuss how the program fits alongside individual service requests.

Clean Takeoff’s own teams serve the airports listed in our direct coverage. Service elsewhere may be coordinated through our sister company LiveTakeoff, subject to availability and local arrangements.
